Where it began and why it matters
Champion Builders was founded by Bowen Lanning, a Licensed Building Practitioner with a background in residential construction and architectural renovations. After working across a wide range of projects, Bowen identified a gap in the market for builders who truly understand the complexity of heritage homes.
Character properties require a different level of care. Original materials, ageing structures, and modern compliance all need to be balanced carefully. Champion Builders was established to deliver that balance, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern building standards.
